Au Pair in France: about the country I'm going to

France is the most visited country in the world. Every year it is visited by more than 70 million tourists (that’s more than the entire population of the country).
There are now more than 40000 different kinds of castles within the territory of modern France.
Restaurant menus in France are almost poetry. Like true poetry, many of them are not only untranslatable, but even the locals don’t fully understand them. ‘So what — at least it’s beautiful, mysterious and fun!’ the French say. Learn French and just ask for whatever you want — that’s the best way to get to know both French life and French cuisine.

Thanks to the program, I had the opportunity to spend three months in Paris. It was a very good experience. Now, I know more about the country that I like so much, and the French language has become much closer and easier to understand — almost like my native language. I also made many new friends and was able to make good use of my final student holidays. I have the warmest memories of taking part in this program.
