Looking for a way to live in Argentina, improve your Spanish, and gain hospitality experience? This program was created just for you!
Argentina — a country of bright sun, tango, and warm hospitality — invites young people aged 18 to 30 to join a unique cultural exchange program. Room and board are provided in exchange for helping out at hostels, hotels, cafés, and restaurants in Buenos Aires and other cities.
You’ll work in an international environment, meeting both locals and travelers from around the world.
It’s a great way not only to save on travel costs but also to build valuable connections for your future career.

- Employer placement and a job offer from the program sponsor.
- Transfer from Buenos Aires airport to the hostel where the participant will stay for three days during orientation.
- Orientation session. A representative of the program sponsor leads a short tour of nearby points of interest. You’ll get key information about Argentina and Buenos Aires, tips on using public transportation, and a city safety briefing.
- One free Spanish lesson during orientation.
- Upon arrival you’ll get: a SIM card and a SUBE card for the subway, trains, and buses.
- Sponsor support during your stay in Argentina.
- You can get discounts on tours, tango classes, nightclubs, and more.
- At your sponsor’s office, you’ll have access to a computer and the internet.
- Health insurance (~$30 USD per month).
- Flights.
- Spanish language courses:
- — Cost of intensive group courses (20 lessons per week): 190€ EUR per week + registration fee: 70€ EUR (one-time payment). Course duration: 1 to 10 weeks.
- — If a participant decides to take Spanish courses before the program, they can stay with a host family. The cost for a private room with room and board (HB) is 265€ EUR per week.

Requirements
- Ages 18 to 30.
- You don’t have to be a student or have a university degree.
- You should be interested in working in tourism.
- Spanish: Basic (A2) level required.
- If you don’t speak Spanish but are eager to join the program, you must have English at an Intermediate (B1) level.
- Experience in the tourism industry is a plus.
