How to submit documents for participation?
To apply for the program, just call us or fill out the form: appointment for consultation or registration. After that, the program coordinator will explain all stages of the registration process in detail.
What set of documents is required for registration?
Completed questionnaire
Copy of the passport
Resume (CV), preferably in Word format
Cover letter
Passport photo
Student status confirmation from the University
Letter from the University — a letter from the participant’s university confirming that the participant is participating in the internship program to gain experience in their specialty and that they will return to Russia after its completion
Certificate of no criminal record.
What visa do I need for the program?
Participants of the Internship in Brasil program need to obtain a student visa VITEM IV with the possibility of paid activity (for foreign students enrolled in a Brazilian university) or a work visa VITEM V (the type of visa depends on the employer’s requirements).
What kind of passport do I need to have?
According to the participation agreement in the program, the participant must provide the IEC with a valid foreign passport no later than 1 (one) month before the earliest possible start date of the program. In turn, the participant must have a passport valid for international travel at least two months before the earliest start date of the program.
