How do I submit documents to participate?
To enroll in the program, simply call us or fill out the form: sign up for a consultation or for enrollment. After that, the program coordinator will explain in detail all stages of the enrollment process.
What documents are required for registration?
Completed application form
Copy of international passport
Resume (CV), preferably in Word format
Motivation letter
Passport-style photograph
Confirmation of student status from the University
Letter from the University — a document issued by the participant’s university confirming that they are taking part in an internship program to gain professional experience in their field of study, and that they intend to return to their home country upon completion of the program.
Certificate of no criminal record
What visa do I need for the program?
Participants in the Internship in Brasil program must obtain a VITEM IV student visa permitting paid activities (for foreign students enrolled in a Brazilian University) or a VITEM V work visa (the visa type depends on the employer’s requirements).
What international passport do you need to have on hand?
According to the participation agreement, the participant must provide IEC with a valid international passport no later than 1 (one) month before the earliest possible start date of the program. In turn, the participant must hold a passport valid for travel abroad at least two months before the earliest start date of the program.
