How do I submit documents to participate?
To enroll in the program, simply call us or fill out the form: sign up for a consultation or begin your registration. After that the program coordinator will explain in detail all stages of the registration process.
What documents are required for registration?
Completed application form
Resume with a photograph (smiling) in Word format (CV) in English or Spanish
Motivation letter in Word format in English or Spanish
Scan of international passport
2 references in English or Spanish (preferably)
Full-length photograph
Scan of the diploma of the most recently obtained education or a document confirming student status (if still studying)
Certificate of no criminal record
Medical certificate
What visa do I need for the program ?
A program participant submits an application for electronic travel authorization, which is available to travelers with a valid international passport.
What kind of international passport do you need to have with you?
In accordance with the program participation agreement, the participant must provide IEC with a valid international passport no later than 1 (one) month before the earliest possible program start date. In turn, the participant must have a passport valid for travel abroad at least two months before the earliest program start date.
