Internship in the Czech Republic

Intern at the top hotels in the Czech Republic, study the tourism business, and enjoy a cultural program in Prague.

The monthly course program includes:

80 hours of classes at 4 hours per day, 5 times a week (For the 1-month program).

  • – Lectures and practical classes on the topic: “Fundamentals of the tourism business. Management in tourism” (32 hours)
  • – English language — theory and practice with a native speaker (32 hours)
  • – Practical training in the best 3-4-5* hotels in the Czech Republic (16 hours)

In the two-week program each discipline has half the hours, i.e. 16:16:8.

All training and internships are conducted in English.

How to treat the guest in a professional way? How to become a true professional receptionist! No matter where or who the guest is, the basics are the same. How to manage guest complaints and still keep smiling? Lead the guest to the expression: “It was great to be here!”

Creative marketing I

Discover new ways to make your marketing more creative and be prepared! We are ready to show you how social networks can be useful. Be prepared and use these networks in the right ways. During these classes the importance of reviews and the possibilities of using reviews in marketing will also be discussed. Part of these classes is also focused on the Hotelstars Union project (official european stars).

F&B Management

The restaurant can be an important part of your income! How to set pricing? How to promote? Be the professional! How to create a modern menu? Optimize your storage!

Effective Marketing & Sales

This course will show you important sales and marketing activities for the hotels and travel industry. The course is based on real experience and contains much practical information. You will learn how to find the right sales channels, how to get your company website to top positions, and how to work with pricing and product.
