Internships in the USA: documents

To apply for the program, just call us or fill out the form: appointment for consultation or registration. After that, the program coordinator will explain all stages of the registration process in detail.

Copy of the passport
2 recommendations from previous employers/teachers of the university
Certificate of no criminal record and translation into English, issued no later than 6 months ago
Interview in English with a representative of the IEC
Document confirming the availability of funds
Copy of the diploma (for graduates) or official transcript with grades and document from the university confirming student status (for students)
Internship placement plan, filled out by the employer in the USA.

It is advisable to submit documents 4-6 months before the start date of the program.

This is an extremely valuable form based on which you can submit documents for a J-1 visa. This A4 document can only be issued by a very small number of organizations — program sponsors.

This visa allows you to legally undergo an internship in the USA.

This is a form, a plan of your internship, where the employer describes in detail all the stages of the internship, what your responsibilities are at each stage, and what experience you will gain upon completion of the internship.

The participant must obtain a foreign passport no later than February 1 of the year of participation in the program. Important: despite various rumors, valid foreign passports (i.e., without biometric data) are valid; the American embassy accepts them and will continue to accept them until they expire.
