What level of English is required to participate in the program?
To enroll in the program, you must have a language level of at least IELTS 5.5 or an equivalent approved by the college. A language certificate confirming language proficiency is required. If it is absent, you will have to take a language test from the college.
If my English proficiency is not sufficient, can I participate in the program?
In this case, it is recommended to initially choose one of the college language programs to improve language skills. After that, you can try enrolling in one of the academic programs again.
Is it difficult to pass the interview with the college coordinator?
At the first stage of enrollment in the program, you will undergo an online interview with a college representative. During the interview, the representative will check your English language knowledge, your skills and abilities, as well as the motivation for participating in the program.
How to pay for the program?
Depending on the chosen program, payment is made either in installments or the entire amount in one payment. Before enrollment in the program, the IEC coordinator will inform about the payment stages of the chosen program.
What is the duration of the program?
Options for Diploma and Certificate programs range from 6 to 12 months. More specific information will be available at the time of registration for the chosen program.
What accommodation options are available?
The college provides accommodation with a family. The registration fee for booking accommodation is CAD$215. The cost depends on the type of accommodation, location, duration, and seasonality. If necessary, please contact the IEC coordinator for more information.
