How do I submit documents to participate?

Which foreign passport do you need to have on hand?
According to the program participation agreement, the participant must provide IEC with a valid international passport no later than 1 (one) month before the earliest possible program start date. In turn, the participant must have a passport valid for international travel at least two months before the earliest program start date.
