How to submit documents for participation?

What kind of passport do I need to have?
According to the participation agreement in the program, the participant must provide the IEC with a valid passport no later than 1 (one) month before the earliest possible start date of the program. In turn, the participant must have a passport valid for travel abroad at least 2 months before the earliest program start date.
