How to submit documents for participation?
To apply for the program, just call us or fill out the form: appointment for consultation or registration. After that, the program coordinator will explain all stages of the registration process in detail.
What set of documents is required for registration?
Completed questionnaire;
CV with a photo in a Word file;
Copy of the passport;
Copy of the transcript and grades with translation into German;
Copy of the language certificate confirming the language level;
IB certificate on official letterhead (document confirming student status);
Certificate of no criminal record (if required by the employer).
When should I submit documents for participation?
Documents for the program should be submitted at least 3-4 months before the desired start date.
What is a Work Permit?
This is an official document, a work permit, based on which the participant requests a Working Holiday visa.
What is a Working Holiday visa?
This visa allows you to work legally in Germany during the summer or winter holidays.
What kind of passport do I need to have?
According to the participation agreement in the program, the participant must provide the IEC with a valid foreign passport no later than 1 (one) month before the earliest possible start date of the program. In turn, the participant must have a passport valid for international travel at least two months before the earliest start date of the program.
