How do I submit documents to participate?
To enroll in the program, simply call us or fill out the form: sign-up for a consultation or for enrollment. After that, the program coordinator will explain in detail all stages of the enrollment process.
What documents are required for registration?
Completed application form;
CV with a photograph in a Word file;
Copy of the international passport;
Copy of the student record book and a transcript of grades with translations into German;
Copy of the language certificate confirming the language level;
IB certificate on a special letterhead (a form confirming student status);
Certificate of no criminal record (if required by the employer).
When should you submit documents to participate?
Documents for the program must be submitted at least 3-4 months before the desired start date.
What is a work permit?
This is an official work permit document, on the basis of which the participant applies for a Working Holiday visa .
What is a Working Holiday visa?
This visa allows you to work legally in Germany during the summer or winter holidays.
Which foreign passport do you need to have on you?
According to the participation agreement for the program, the participant must provide IEC with a valid passport for travel abroad no later than 1 (one) month before the earliest possible start date of the program. In turn, the participant must have a passport valid for travel abroad at least two months before the earliest program start date.
