Internship in Germany

How do I submit my application?
To apply for the program, just call us or fill out the form: book a consultation or program enrollment. After that, the program coordinator will walk you through every step of the enrollment process.
What documents do I need to register?
Completed application form;
CV with a photo in a Word document;
Copy of your passport;
Copy of your academic record book and transcript of grades with translations into German (if currently studying);
Copy of your diploma with transcript of grades (if youve completed your studies);
Copy of your language certificate confirming your language level;
IB certificate on official letterhead (form confirming student status);
Certificate of no criminal record (if required by the employer).
When should I apply?
You need to submit your documents for the program at least 4–5 months before your desired start date.
What is a Work Permit?
This is the official authorization document for an internship, which the participant uses to apply for a National visa for long-term stay in Germany.
What is a national visa?
This is a long-term visa you apply for that lets you legally undertake an internship in Germany.
What kind of passport do I need?
Under the participation agreement, the participant must provide IEC with a valid passport no later than 1 (one) month before the earliest possible program start date. The participant must also hold a passport valid for international travel at least two months before the earliest program start date.
