How to submit documents for participation?

To apply for the program, just call us or fill out the form: appointment for consultation or registration. After that, the program coordinator will explain all stages of the registration process in detail.

What set of documents is required for registration?

Completed questionnaire
Copy of the passport
Copy of the medical insurance
Resume (CV) in French (in Word format)
Cover letter in French
Copy of the student card with translation into French (may be requested by the embassy)
Copy of the ISIC card (if available, for the embassy)
Document confirming the availability of funds (approximate amount — at least €1000) — required for the embassy
Document confirming knowledge of the French language.

When should I submit documents for participation?

Documents for the program should be submitted at least 3-6 months before the desired start date of the program.

What visa is required for participation in the program?

You will need to apply for a long-term visa for an internship (if it is for more than 3 months) or a short-term visa for the purpose of an internship (if it is for up to 3 months).

What is the Training Plan/Convention de Stage?

This is your main document, that is, the internship agreement, which must be arranged for completing an internship in France and obtaining the corresponding visa. This agreement is drawn up after finding an internship place and must be signed by three parties — the host party, the participant, and their university.

What kind of passport do I need to have?

According to the participation agreement in the program, the participant must provide the IEC with a valid foreign passport no later than 1 (one) month before the earliest possible start date of the program. In turn, the participant must have a passport valid for international travel at least two months before the earliest start date of the program.
