Volunteer In Costa Rica: about the country I'm going to
Volunteer In Costa Rica: volunteering in Costa Rica
Help save turtles and participate in other ecological projects in Costa Rica, immersing yourself in the local culture.

Costa Rica translates from Spanish as “Rich Coast.” Costa Rica is located between Nicaragua and Panama, with a length of only 460 km and a width of 260 km. The entire country can easily be traveled from border to border in one day. From a high mountain, on a clear day, you can see two oceans at once: the Atlantic and the Pacific. Despite its small size, Costa Rica’s nature is quite diverse: here you can find wet tropical forests, dry steppes, cold misty volcanic peaks, and hot beaches, as well as rushing rivers with waterfalls. This is a country of eternal summer with an average annual temperature of +25 to 30 °C. Costa Rica is considered one of the most beautiful countries on the planet… if not the most beautiful. By the way:
In Michael Crichton’s book “Jurassic Park,” Costa Rica serves as the setting.
In Costa Rica, every young family without their own housing is provided a house free of charge.
The country ranked first in the International Happiness Index in 2009.
Costa Rica disbanded its army in 1949 and has not participated in military conflicts since then.
“Small Costa Rica has everything necessary to become a real factory of dreams: intricate natural reliefs, oceans, real tropics, and arid territories.”
Steven Seagal.
