The need for and type of visa depend on which country the participant chooses:
Vietnam: Citizens of Russia can stay in Vietnam without a visa for up to 15 days. If a trip for a longer period is planned, a tourist visa is required. It can be obtained in advance online, at the consular section of the Embassy of Vietnam in Moscow, or at passport control on arrival in the country.
India: Citizens of Russia need a tourist visa to visit India, which can be obtained online or in person at the Embassy’s consular section. The tourist visa allows staying in the country for up to 2 months.
Indonesia: Citizens of Russia do not need a visa to stay in Indonesia for up to 30 days. However, they must have a return ticket purchased.
Philippines: Citizens of Russia do not need a visa to stay in the Philippines for up to 30 days.
Cambodia: Citizens of Russia need a tourist visa to visit Cambodia, which can be obtained in advance online, at the consular section of the Embassy of Cambodia in Moscow, or at passport control on arrival in the country. The tourist visa allows staying in the country for up to 30 days.
China: Citizens of Russia need a visa to visit China, which must be obtained at the consular section of the Embassy of China. The visa allows staying in the country for up to 30 days.
Laos: Citizens of Russia do not need a visa if their trip does not exceed 30 days.
Maldives: Citizens of Russia and CIS countries are issued a tourist visa in their passport free of charge on arrival in the Maldives. The tourist visa allows staying in the country for up to 30 days.
Mongolia: Citizens of Russia do not need a visa if their trip does not exceed 30 days.
Nepal: Citizens of Russia and CIS countries need a visa to visit Nepal. It can be obtained at the consular section of the Embassy of Nepal in Moscow or at passport control on arrival in the country.
Thailand: Citizens of Russia do not need a visa if their trip does not exceed 30 days.
Sri Lanka: Citizens of Russia need a visa to travel to Sri Lanka. It can be obtained online.
