How to submit documents for participation?
To apply for the program, just call us or fill out the form: appointment for consultation or registration. After that, the program coordinator will explain all stages of the registration process in detail.
What set of documents is required for registration?
Completed questionnaire
Copy of the passport
Copy of the medical insurance
Resume (CV) in French (in Word format)
Cover letter in French
Copy of the student card with translation into French (may be requested by the embassy)
Copy of the ISIC card (if available, for the embassy)
Document confirming the availability of funds (approximate amount — at least €1500) — required for the embassy
Certificate of no criminal record (required for the embassy).
When should I submit documents for participation?
Documents for the program should be submitted at least 3-4 months before the desired start date of the program.
What is the Working Holiday visa/Vacances Travail?
This is a long-term visa that allows you to work legally in France.
What is the procedure for obtaining a Work Permit?
Upon arrival in France, the participant must apply for a temporary work permit (work permit) at the regional body overseeing foreign workers (DIRECCTE). But there is no need to worry, the program sponsor will coordinate and advise on all issues regarding obtaining a work permit.
What kind of passport do I need to have?
According to the participation agreement in the program, the participant must provide the IEC with a valid foreign passport no later than 1 (one) month before the earliest possible start date of the program. In turn, the participant must have a passport valid for international travel at least two months before the earliest start date of the program.
