Resume and motivation letter in Word format (CV)

What is a Work Permit?

This is a work permit. Depending on the country where your internship takes place, it may be required to successfully complete the internship. Your sponsor will give you instructions and help you apply for the work permit if needed.

What visa do I need for the program?

The type of visa depends on the country you choose and on the program (Practical training or management training).
Some examples:
— For Thailand — ED visa (education) or B visa (business). Arranged before departing for Thailand;
— For Vietnam — DH visa (student) or DN visa (business). Arranged upon arrival in Vietnam;
— For Indonesia — a social‑cultural visa or a work visa. Arranged before departing for Indonesia;
— For the Maldives program — a student visa or a work visa. Arranged upon arrival in the Maldives.
Once you’re enrolled in the program, the sponsor will confirm which type of visa you need to apply for and which documents to prepare and bring with you before you depart for the internship.

What is a School Support letter?

This is an accompanying document/letter from the university. This document is required for the visa application. The sponsor can provide a sample letter if needed. It’s important to confirm with the educational institution, before enrolling in the program, whether they can support your internship and, if necessary, issue an accompanying letter.

What type of passport do I need?

Under the participation agreement, you must provide IEC with a valid passport for international travel no later than 1 (one) month before the earliest possible program start date. You must also have a passport that is valid for international travel at least two months before the earliest program start date.
