How to submit documents for participation?
To apply for the program, just call us or fill out the form: appointment for consultation or registration. After that, the program coordinator will explain all stages of the registration process in detail.
What set of documents is required for registration?
Completed questionnaire
Resume and cover letter in Word format (CV)
Passport scan
Diploma scan with grades if the participant has graduated
Official letter from the university confirming student status — if the participant is still studying
Transcript (last or current)
School Support Letter — a direction for internship signed by the university
Bank statement issued at least 6 months prior to finding an employer
A short video about oneself (recommended to increase chances of finding an internship placement).
What is a Work Permit?
This is a work permit. Depending on the country of the internship, it may be required for a successful internship. The sponsor provides instructions and assistance in obtaining a work permit if necessary.
What visa do I need for the program?
The type of visa depends on the chosen country as well as the chosen program (Practical training or management training).
Some examples:
— For Thailand — ED visa (study) or B visa (business). Processing before flying to Thailand;
— For Vietnam — DH visa (student) or DN visa (business). Processing upon arrival in Vietnam;
— For Indonesia — social-cultural visa or work visa. Processing before flying to Indonesia;
— For the Maldives program — student visa or work visa. Processing upon arrival in the Maldives.
Upon enrollment in the program, the sponsor will confirm what type of visa needs to be obtained and which documents need to be prepared and taken with you before departing for the internship.
What is a School Support letter?
This is a supporting document/letter from the university. This document is required for visa processing. The sponsor can provide a sample letter if necessary. It is important to coordinate with the educational institution before enrollment in the program whether they can provide support for the internship and, if necessary, issue a supporting letter.
What kind of passport do I need to have?
According to the participation agreement in the program, the participant must provide the IEC with a valid foreign passport no later than 1 (one) month before the earliest possible start date of the program. In turn, the participant must have a passport valid for international travel at least two months before the earliest start date of the program.
