How do I submit documents to participate?
To enroll in the program, simply call us or fill out the form: consultation booking or registration. After that, the program coordinator will explain in detail every stage of the registration process.
What documents are required for registration?
Completed application form
Passport-style photo
Copy of international passport
Proof of student status
Criminal record certificate and its translation into English, issued within the last 6 months
Video about yourself (recommended)
Medical certificate
Interview in English with a representative of IEC
When should I submit the documents to participate?
Since this is a summer program, it is advisable to submit documents in september/october, but no later than february/march.
What is the DS-2019 form?
This is an extremely valuable form, on the basis of which you will be able to apply for a J-1 visa.
An A4-sized document that can only be issued by a very small number of organizations — the program sponsors.
What is a J-1 visa?
This visa allows you to work legally in the USA during summer vacation.
What kind of passport do you need to have with you?
The participant must obtain an international passport no later than February 1 of the year of participation in the program.
Important: despite various rumors, international passports of the current model (i.e., without biometric data) are valid; the U.S. embassy accepts them and will continue to accept them until those passports expire.
