Hospitality Internship: reviews
Hospitality Internship: paid internship in the hospitality industry in Australia
Intern at leading hotels in Australia and enjoy its stunning landscapes.
«My good friend Anya P. once said: „Australia — it’s Hawaii, only bigger!“. That’s how my Australian story began! 🙂 A year ago IEC and I began preparing the paperwork for my participation in the Internship Program in Australia, designed for those who would like to intern and gain an unforgettable experience in one of the Australian companies. The whole process, from the idea to the passport with the visa affixed, took about 6 months. During that time I successfully passed 2 phone interviews. IEC and I also compiled and sent to the Australian sponsor an impressive package of documents, probably the most substantial of all those I have had to gather to take part in various educational and work programs abroad. Then, when an employer was found, the final stage of the visa processing followed, which was issued to me quickly and without any problems. Throughout the period up to the trip and to the present moment the program sponsor in the person of supervisor Maria Bitzova has been mentoring and ‘looking after’ me; we are in constant contact and she provides me with every support and help if needed. I have been in Australia for 4 months now, living in the lovely town of San Remo by the sea and working in one of the best resorts in the state of Victoria. Internship, in my opinion, is going great 🙂 The knowledge and experience I am gaining here have, without doubt, been worth all the effort invested in this program. And, of course, Australia is a country of the most beautiful landscapes, amazing animals and happy people! And it really does remind me of Hawaii — endless sandy beaches and crowds of people with surfboards :)) »

«I decided to do an internship in Australia to expand my knowledge in the culinary field. During this internship I became acquainted with the national cuisines of people around the world. I tried various dishes and acquired culinary skills not typical of my country’s cuisine. My stay in Australia was beneficial not only for my career, but also allowed me to discover my strengths and weaknesses. Stepping out of my comfort zone made me independent and ready to face any challenges on my future path!»
