Brazil: path to international experience
The Internship in Brasil program — an exchange program aimed at students who are interested in gaining work experience in Brazil in their specialty. Participants can undertake internships in the following fields: hospitality and tourism, finance, healthcare, education, environmental science, IT, marketing, etc. Internships are offered at international companies well known both in Brazil and around the world, as well as at universities (in laboratories, research centers, etc.). Knowledge of Portuguese is an advantage when looking for an internship; however, it is possible to find an internship placement with English only. Additionally, it is possible to take Portuguese language courses during the internship in Brazil. It is desirable to have work experience in the internship field, but this is not a key criterion. The search and selection of vacancies for participants takes place before departure to Brazil. The program sponsor finds only one potential internship placement.
