How well do I need to know the language?
A level of Intermediate and above is required; preference is given to participants with a better knowledge of the language.
Do I need to provide a document confirming my English proficiency?
Of course, an IELTS certificate (at least 6 points) is required.
If I have completed my studies at a university, can I become a participant in the program?
No, this program is for those who are still studying. If the university was finished more than a year before the internship begins, participation is not possible.
Will I be met at the airport?
This service is provided only for an additional fee.
How is the payment made?
An enrollment fee must be paid within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of signing the internship contract. The second part is paid after the internship placement is confirmed.
When does the program start, and when should I submit documents for participation?
This program is year-round, but it takes 3…4 months to process all documents. Therefore, applications must be submitted at least three months before the expected start date.
Will there be an interview with the employer?
No, all questions are resolved by the IEC.
Is there a list of available vacancies?
After the application for participation is submitted, the internship placement is chosen by the program sponsor. There is no list of vacancies open to participants.
How many working hours per week does the internship assume?
It depends on the type of work, but on average, 30 working hours are accumulated per week.
Do program participants get accommodation, or do they need to arrange it themselves?
Participants can live with a host family or in a student campus. The program sponsor helps in finding accommodation.
