Looking for a way to live in Argentina, brush up your Spanish, and gain hands-on experience in hospitality? This program was made just for you!
Argentina — a country of bright sun, tango, and incredible hospitality — invites young people aged 18 to 30 to join a unique cultural exchange program. Room and board are provided in exchange for helping out at hostels, hotels, cafés, and restaurants in Buenos Aires and other cities. You’ll work in an international environment, interacting with locals and travelers from around the world. It’s a great chance not only to save money on your trip but also to build valuable connections that can boost your future career.

- Airport transfer from Buenos-Aires airport to the hostel where the participant will stay for 3 days during the orientation session.
- Orientation session. A representative of the program sponsor leads a short tour of nearby city landmarks. They provide essential information about Argentina and Buenos Aires, explain how to use public transportation, and give a city safety briefing.
- One free Spanish lesson during the orientation session.
- Upon arrival, you’ll get: a SIM card and a SUBE card for the subway, trains, and buses.
- Sponsor support while you’re in Argentina.
- You can get discounts on tours, tango classes, nightclubs, and more.
- You’ll have access to a computer and the internet at the sponsor’s office.
- Health insurance (approx. $30 USD per month).
- Flights.
- Spanish courses:
- Cost of intensive group courses (20 lessons per week): €190 per week + registration fee €70 (one-time). Course duration: 1 to 10 weeks.
- — If a participant decides to take Spanish courses before the program starts, they can live with a host family. Accommodation in a private room with half board (HB): 265€ EUR per week.

Requirements
- Ages 18 to 30.
- You don’t have to be a student or have a university degree.
- You must be interested in working in tourism.
- You must speak Spanish at a Basic (A2) level.
- If a participant doesn’t speak Spanish but really wants to join the program, they must speak English at an Intermediate (B1) level.
- Experience in the tourism industry is a plus.
