Volunteering and English in London

Study English and Volunteer in London is an interesting and useful combination of a volunteer project with English language courses.

The program has 2 options: Professional English & Skills Taster Programme and Professional English & Skills Programme.

Professional English & Skills Taster Programme

Participants work as volunteers in charity shops, at sports events, or at art festivals.

Professional English & Skills Programme

Participants will work as volunteers in registered charities in the fields of administration, accounting, marketing, or fundraising.

You will gain professional experience and complete immersion in the English language. Volunteering in the UK will allow you to speak English 24/7. This means you will refine your conversational skills to perfection. This program will allow you to live like a local and feel the entire atmosphere of the environment, get acquainted with the culture and traditions of another country. For those who choose a full-time volunteering experience, the volunteer project will start only after completing the English language course. During the English language course, a sightseeing program will be available during the day. Entrance tickets (for example, London Eye) are not included in the program cost. Some excursions are free, others require payment.

Requirements

From 16 years old and older
Basic knowledge of English.

The application for the program must be submitted at least 2-3 months before the desired start date. The duration of the program is from 1 to 6 weeks.

Programs have fixed dates. Please check the start date of the selected program with the IEC coordinator. Program duration – from 1 week to 3 years, depending on the selected program. The documents should be submitted 4-6 months before the program start date.
