Work and Travel USA is an international exchange program for students.
On this program you’ll spend the whole summer in the USA, working in service jobs alongside American peers.
Jobs for international students open up during the tourist season in the USA, when extra staff are needed in shops, cafes, hotels, and amusement parks.
Work and Travel USA is a cultural exchange where you’ll practice your English, learn about the country’s culture, and travel.
Since 1992, more than 110,000 students have taken part in the program.

You’ll spend the whole summer in an English-speaking environment. It’s the best way to practice conversational English and a real boost for your studies and career.
You only need a basic level to join. If you’d like to improve, we offer a free online English course.
You can rent a house near the ocean for a group, or a cozy apartment on a quiet American street.
Participants rent houses, apartments, or a private room. Housing costs range from $60 to $120 per week.

Requirements
- Ages 18 to 27
- English level: Intermediate or higher
- Student status
Program start and end dates vary by country. Work can last up to 4 months, and after that there’s a grace period for travel.
