International Exchange Center invites students and young professionals to professional internships in Australia’s top tourist cities, including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and more.

You’ll work at world-renowned hotel groups like Accor Hotel Group, Hilton, Marriott Hotels & Resorts and other leading hotels across the country. The program offers roles in Food and Beverage, Front Office, and Cookery — with internship durations of 6, 12, or 24 months to choose from.

Requirements

  • Age 18 and over
  • At least a secondary vocational education in culinary arts or hospitality.
  • For recent graduates (graduated within the last two years): at least 6 months of full-time work experience (or 12 months part-time) in hospitality — in the kitchen, as a server, or at the front desk.
  • Current employment in one of the relevant fields: restaurant service, kitchen, hotel management, or front desk.
  • English proficiency at least upper-intermediate (IELTS equivalent: 5.5 or higher).
Program duration: 6 to 24 months. Plan to submit your application 4–5 months before your desired start date.
