Internship in the United Kingdom — your choice!

Тогда тебе к нам! IEC предлагает программу стажировок в Великобритании для студентов и недавно выпустившихся из университета.
Существует два варианта программы:
Первый вариант: Self Arranged, когда поиском места для стажировки занимается сам участник.
Требования для стажировки:
— Продолжительность стажировки от 1 до 6 месяцев (минимум 25 часов в неделю).
— Нельзя стажироваться в следующих областях: Hospitality, Healthcare/Medicine.
— Стажировка может быть неоплачиваемая и должна соответствовать правилам Великобритании по работе в компании волонтером. В большинстве случаев, если работодатель не оплачивает стажировку, он предоставляет бонусы стажирующемуся участнику, например оплата проезда до работы (https://www.gov.uk/volunteering).
— Для участника должна быть подготовлена специальная программа стажировки, во время которой он будет выполнять дополнительные задания от работодателя, которые не входят в повседневные обязанности штатного сотрудника.
— Обязанности во время стажировки должны быть разнообразными и быть четко объяснены участнику. Участник должен иметь план процесса стажировки.
— Участник должен иметь руководителя, который будет координировать его стажировку.
— Компания должна быть зарегистрирована в регистре компаний Великобритании (Companies House), как минимум год назад.

Второй вариант: Placed, когда поиском места для стажировки занимается спонсор программы.
Спонсор программы подбирает место для неоплачиваемой стажировки от 1-6 месяцев.
Популярные области, где предлагаются стажировки: архитектура, финансы, законодательство, IT, управление персоналом, PR и реклама.
Места для стажировки не могут быть предложены в области гостиничного бизнеса, образования, медицины, психологии.

Option Placed: £2219.
First installment: $300.
- Review of the internship agreement.
- Certificate from the program sponsor confirming official completion of an internship in the United Kingdom, which is required to obtain a visa.
- Information support from the program sponsor for visa processing.
- Providing information on opening a bank account in the United Kingdom.
- Providing information on obtaining tax number/ NI number.
- Support from the sponsor during the internship.
- Accommodation expenses.
- Flight expenses.
- Transfer to/from the airport.
- Visa processing (£244),
- Arranging insurance.
- Employer Pre-Site Visit: $150. If your employer has fewer than 20 employees, a profit of less than £3000000, and the company was founded less than 2 years ago, the program sponsor will visit the employer.*
- Changes to Certificate of Sponsorship after issued: £125.*
- * only for the Self Arranged option.

Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Student (having completed at least one semester) or a recent university graduate (graduated no more than one year before the start of the internship).
- IELTS certificate (minimum score of 6).
- A bank balance of at least £945.
- Medical insurance with coverage of at least $500000.
Programs have fixed dates. Confirm the start date of the chosen program with the IEC coordinator. The program duration — from 1 week to 3 years, depending on the chosen program. Submit documents 4–6 months before the program start date.
